Constraints
Each proposed display had to remain recognisably on-brand across different distances and viewing angles.
Spatial design / Project work
Johnnie Walker & The Singleton
The context
I developed display designs and technical drawings for Johnnie Walker and The Singleton, exploring how each brand might read in physical space.
Constraints
Each proposed display had to remain recognisably on-brand across different distances and viewing angles.
What I noticed
Once a visual system leaves the screen, scale, visibility, material, surrounding space, and the customer’s movement all begin affecting the message.
The decision
Treat each display as a spatial expression of its brand language rather than a flat graphic enlarged into three dimensions.
Why
Adapting the established brand language to each fixture allowed the display drawings to address sightlines and proportions without treating an existing campaign graphic as a complete spatial solution.
The work
Display-unit designs and technical drawings for Johnnie Walker and The Singleton. These portfolio images document proposals, not photographed installations.

3D form studies
These visualisations were developed from the original display drawings to explore how four proposed units might read in space. They are presentation studies, not photographs of installed fixtures or final fabrication models. The Singleton views retain placeholder labels from the review models.
